Job: Lead Maintenance Technician

Industry leading global manufacturer is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and schedule two additional employees
• Setup and maintain equipment and facility’s preventive maintenance schedules
• Create and maintain relationships with outside vendors
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning machine parts
• Monitor performance of machinery and equipment; adjust and calibrate as needed, ensuring that equipment meets specifications and requirements
• Periodically perform basic diagnostic tests and preventive maintenance, in accordance with prescribed schedules; adjust equipment and reset or calibrate sensors and controls to specs

QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Experience with production machinery and equipment & HVAC a must
• Must have a good understanding and perform repairs of electricity, electronics, hydraulics, and computer programming.

EXPERIENCE
• Maintenance technician: 5-10 years (Preferred)
